Sometimes some rise above all the others. 9.8 is often the best in the world of certified comics , however a 9.9 and 10.0 is considered to be perfect in every way without the tiniest flaw and is uncontested among collectors of comics.

To the best of our knowledge this is the 3rd oldest 10.0 ever, the other a Thor 156 and a black and white under-ground comic.
